We are hiring a dedicated Shipping Associate & Forklift Operator to join our client’s team in Springdale, AR, with a competitive pay rate of $18.50/hour. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in forklift operation, proficiency in using scan guns, and exceptional attention to detail. This position is in our client’s Shipping department and requires good attendance and dependability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and load/unload materials.
• Use scan guns to track inventory and shipments accurately.
• Perform visual inspections of products for quality assurance.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the Shipping department.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in forklift operation.
• Proficiency in using scan guns for inventory tracking.
