We are currently hiring a Shop Inventory Clerk for our client located in West Siloam Springs, AR. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and offers a steady hourly wage of $15.00. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong Excel skills, this is a great opportunity to work in a vital support role within a busy semi-truck maintenance shop.

As a Shop Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, managing the flow of parts and supplies, and supporting shop operations through effective tracking and reporting. Your attention to detail and comfort working with both physical parts and computer systems will be essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately count and record parts inventory in a timely manner
• Enter and update inventory records using Excel and client software
• Generate routine inventory and usage reports
• Maintain a clean and organized parts room environment
• Communicate with mechanics and shop staff regarding parts availability and needs
• Ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Prior experience with inventory or supply chain processes is preferred
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
