Temporary Clean-Up Technician

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Perform care and treatment of customer inventory to prevent loss or damage
• Prepare parts for processing by masking and grit blasting per job specifications
• Detail parts after processing according to instructions in job folders
• Perform required quality measurements and verification tasks
• Accurately document quality and processing data in a timely manner
• Support booth operations by maintaining tooling and staging supplies
• Communicate with production supervisors and technicians to understand priorities
• Assist in developing and improving operational processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies at all times
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
• Report safety concerns, incidents, or near misses immediately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with detailed manual labor or production work preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication skills with coworkers and management
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods in an industrial setting
• Manual dexterity for detailed tasks and data entry
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in environments with heat, fumes, noise, and humidity
• Visual ability to read documents, screens, and job instructions
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively in person and via phone
