Job Details

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join their team in Fayetteville, AR. This position is responsible for handling vehicle title documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting dealership administrative functions. The ideal candidate for the Title Clerk role will be dependable, accurate, and capable of managing detailed paperwork in a fast-paced office environment.

The Title Clerk will play an important role in ensuring all vehicle sale documentation is completed correctly and processed in a timely manner. Candidates should be comfortable working with confidential documents, maintaining organized filing systems, and communicating professionally with customers and internal departments. Previous title clerk, dealership, administrative, or accounting experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete vehicle titles and Manufacturer’s Statements of Origin (MSOs) with customer information
  • Prepare and process title paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Send completed deal paperwork and documentation to customers
  • Maintain organized filing systems for titles, MSOs, and related records
  • Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with tracking and monitoring title documentation
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding missing or incomplete paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and financial information
  • Support office and administrative operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous title clerk, dealership, administrative, or office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage paperwork with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable work ethic and professional attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
