Our staffing agency is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for one of our clients in Conway, AR. The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and organization. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication with supervisors and coworkers. The Warehouse Associate position offers steady daytime hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., making it a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent work and long-term stability in a warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to daily schedules, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock by unloading, labeling, and properly storing materials
- Pick and stage inventory accurately to meet order requirements
- Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards to support audits
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while optimizing space utilization
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles, including forklifts
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Follow all quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Worker
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
