Job Details

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team in Springdale, AR. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring that all inbound and outbound loads are handled efficiently and according to company and customer requirements. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trailers into designated locations while performing 100% inspection of pallets and product.

• Complete inspection paperwork and ensure all trailer and product data is correctly entered into RFGEN.

• Consolidate and combine lot numbers using RFGEN to manage partial pallets.

• Pick loads using RFGEN to follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) guidelines.

• Match orders with the customer’s pick slip and verify trailer numbers and pallet counts.

• Stage, inspect, and prepare loads for shipment, printing correct BOLs and packing slips.

• Apply customer labels, secure loads with airbags, straps, and load bars, and load trailers according to customer-specific patterns.

• Perform 100% inspection of outbound pallets, checking case counts, weights, and dates.

• Operate and assist with wrapping machines, ensuring they function correctly.

• Verify pallets on inbound and outbound shipments against system records.

• Maintain detailed and accurate paperwork for all inbound and outbound activities.

• Work closely with team members to support company policies, goals, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate actively in team meetings, training, and communication of operational goals.

• Perform other duties as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs repeatedly from floor to shoulder height.

• Must be able to work in temperature extremes (below 40 degrees to over 100 degrees), noisy, and dry warehouse environments.

• Willingness to work on feet and/or forklift for the full shift.

• PPE required: head covering, ear plugs (as needed), skid-resistant steel-toe shoes, forklift seat belt, and any other protective gear as required.

• Preferred experience in warehouse shipping/receiving and working with large moving equipment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
