Warehouse Associate

Job Details

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a client in Siloam Springs. This role supports packaging and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and operate packaging equipment according to production schedule
• Perform sanitation tasks to ensure work area meets quality and safety standards
• Complete re-work tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Report safety deviations to supervisor immediately
• Report all safety issues, near misses, and injuries
• Participate in mandatory safety trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs regularly
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, and work at floor level as needed
• Basic math and verbal skills (high school level)
• Strong attention to safety and compliance standards
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment
