Job Details
We are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a short-term/seasonal opportunity with one of our clients in Siloam Springs, AR. The Warehouse Associate will support daily production and packaging operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
This position is a great opportunity for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following established procedures, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. The Warehouse Associate will work as part of a team to help ensure products are packaged, handled, and prepared according to production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, start, and operate packaging equipment according to the daily production schedule.
- Assist with moving ingredients and finished products as needed.
- Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks to ensure work areas meet quality standards.
- Complete product re-work as necessary.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Report safety concerns, near misses, injuries, and other safety issues to a supervisor.
- Report any deviations from safety or quality standards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Participate in required safety training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow production instructions and established procedures.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- High school-level verbal and basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and move 35–50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead and bend to the floor regularly.
- Ability to work safely in a production or warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to participate in required safety training and follow all workplace safety policies.
