Job Details
We are hiring a Wash Line Operator for our client in Danville, AR. This position is responsible for operating machines that clean metal parts, such as fasteners. The Wash Line Operator will load and unload parts, monitor equipment, and ensure the parts meet quality standards. You’ll also adjust chemical levels, perform basic maintenance, and keep your work area clean.
To succeed in this role, you should be dependable, able to follow directions, and comfortable standing and lifting during your shift. Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail are important. Training will be provided, and you may be asked to learn other jobs in the facility as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain wash line equipment
- Load and unload metal parts onto the conveyor system
- Monitor and adjust temperatures, gauges, and chemical levels
- Conduct inspections for cleanliness and quality
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery
- Comply with safety and operational guidelines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
