1st Employment is now hiring a Wellness Attendant for our client in Southwest City, MO. This position plays a vital role in supporting employee health and safety during extreme summer temperatures. The Wellness Attendant will be responsible for providing hydration, cooling supplies, and healthy refreshments to on-site staff, ensuring a comfortable and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Distribute water bottles and cooling towels to employees throughout the worksite.
- Prepare and serve chilled melon and other hydrating refreshments.
- Monitor employee hydration and heat exposure levels during work hours.
- Ensure wellness stations are well-stocked and clean at all times.
- Move throughout the facility or job site regularly to check in with team members.
- Provide friendly, supportive interaction to boost morale and encourage heat safety.
- Report any signs of heat-related illness to supervisors or safety personnel.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in hot outdoor or non-climate-controlled environments.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry supplies for extended periods.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in a safety, hospitality, or wellness-related role is a plus but not required.
