The Wheels Assembly employee will assist with assembling wheel components and supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble wheel components according to company specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate production and assembly equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
