I grant permission to 1st Employment to take and use visual/audio images of me. Visual/audio images are any type of recording, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions. 1st Employment Staffing will not materially alter the original images.
I agree that 1st Employment owns the images and all rights related to them. The images may be used in any manner or media without notifying me, such as company websites, training materials, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters, slides, or other forms of media, advertising, or promotion.
I waive the right to inspect or approve the images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them. I additionally waive the right to be compensated for use of these images.
I hereby release 1st Employment, its employees, agents, and representatives, including any firm authorized to publish, promote, utilize, or distribute a product containing these images, from any claims, damages, or liability which I may ever have in connection with the use, publication, or distribution of the images.
I am at least 18 years of age and fully competent to sign this release. If I represent a business or company, I am authorized to sign this document on behalf of said business or company. I have read the release before signing and understand its contents, meaning, and impact, and, understanding such, I freely accept the terms.
